How does the pricing work?

All plans include a one-time build fee and a monthly management fee that covers hosting, updates, and ongoing support. After your free discovery call to review your goals, a non-refundable $100 deposit is required to begin the design process. This deposit will be applied toward your total build fee. Once your website is completed and you’ve provided final approval, the remaining balance is due. The management fee begins 30 days after website completion.

How long will it take from start to finish?

We offer our 30-Day Completion Guarantee. If we don’t finish building your website within 30 days, you save 50% of the build fee. Our typical turn around time takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your site. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your website meets your expectations.

How does on-demand updates work?

Simply reach out by call, text, email, or through your account manager and we’ll take care of it. Routine updates like changing text, photos, seasonal promotions, or adjusting links are included at no extra cost and are typically completed within 1 to 24 hours. For major changes, such as creating a new page or adding advanced functionality, additional charges may apply.

Do you offer responsive design for devices?

Yes, all of our websites are fully responsive. This means your website will look and function on any device.

Do you offer post-launch support?

Absolutely. We are with you 24/7, 365 days out of the year to keep your site updated, secure, and running smoothly.

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time. Once your cancellation request is received, all services will be immediately paused. Your website will be securely stored on our servers for 30 days. After the 30 day grace period, your website will be permanently removed from our servers.
