How does the pricing work?
All plans come with a one-time build fee. As a commitment to get started, we require a 50% deposit of the build fee which goes toward the final build cost. After website completion and your final approval, the remaining 50% is due. The Monthly hosting fee starts 60 days after website final approval and completion.
How long will it take from start to finish?
We offer our 60-Day Completion Guarantee. If we don’t finish building your website within 60 days, you’ll pay nothing for the design & development, just the hosting fee. Our typical turn around time takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of your site. We work closely with you throughout the process to ensure your website meets your expectations.
How does on-demand updates work?
Send us a message or contact your dedicated account manager and we’ll take care of it. We handle everything including updating text, photos, promotions, adding a new service, or adjusting links plus more. Our typical turn around time is within 24–72 hours.
Do you offer responsive design for devices?
Yes, all of our websites are fully responsive. This means your website will look and function on any device.
